The Game Plan Course
Activate How You Want to Speak Up, Speak Out and Express Yourself.

This is a 5-week group coaching course for people wanting to build confidence, gain self-belief, focus on themselves and with a group of like-minded individuals, create their own game plan .

Develop Self-Belief

Explore and learn about who your future self can be and the possibilities that lie ahead. My background is in board games and so I use my knowledge of play to create an environment that promotes a learning environment in an enjoyable way.

Make a Change

As a group we support and encourage each other to achieve our aims. We create a safe space to learn together and as a result, each person experiences changes in areas of their life quicker than they might have done.

Build Confidence

By the end of this course, you'll be aware of coaching tools and techniques to support you in understanding yourself and how you interact with the world around you. This supports us to confidently approach our goals and comfortably address our issues.

I cannot believe how far I have come in just a few weeks! The course has been fun, engaging and interesting. Confidence

Week one is all about knowing what we stand for and building up our avatar so that we can start working out what's next.

Sef-esteem

Self-esteem comes from being confidently self-aware so we spend this week focusing on what drives us and how to make the most out of that knowledge.

Get Unstuck

In week three, we focus on looking forwards and inspiring ourselves to believe and continue to make steps.

Imposters

We all hit obstacles and so week four is about identifying those imposters and understanding techniques we have to tame them.
