The session can be used for any kind of thing - you might be looking for a tangible goal (more money, a relationship, weight loss) or perhaps it's a change in mood or figuring out a life ambition. Even if you're not clear on what this is, we can work together to get to the root of what you're really after.

WHAT'S THE COST?
Coaching can make such an impact on your life and for this reason I am all about making this accessible to everyone. Our first taster conversation is free, this is so we can get to know each other. Coaching sessions then cost £80 a session or £70 per session if you book in bulk.. However, if this figure is out of your budget, then please get in touch as I offer reduced sessions based on what you can afford for up to 5 clients at any one time.

CAN I TRY IT FREE FIRST?
Every person I work with I will speak with first at no charge. I do this because it is important that we both feel it is a good working relationship and it will also help you to understand what you can expect from coaching with me.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FREE SESSION?
In this call, we will explore the definition of coaching and what it can do for you. We will discuss in some detail the goal (if any) you would like to work on so that you can experience the coaching space. From here, we will talk about how you want to continue.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a judgement-free space where a client can bring any level of opportunity or challenge to discuss. Once the goal of the session is established, it is talked about in depth with the coach asking relevant and occasionally difficult questions to help the client understand more about what they are looking for and how they would like to achieve it.

In this package, we will explore all that you are and all that you stand for, like when building a character in a game. This is designed to start building your self-esteem and get you off to a running start with appreciating how you express yourself and finding joy in all that you do.
How capable do you believe you are? In these sessions, we will explore all that you are doing now and create actions that support you in making the change you want to see. We focus on your self-belief, breaking down the patterns you notice and changing your perspective so that you can make connections to your behaviour and take control over your life.
Do you feel that you can keep growing? This isn't about being competitive, this is about recognising the progress you make and ensuring you're moving in a direction that makes you happy. This package is about your self-worth: building on what you already have and giving you the confidence to keep going.
