1:1 Private Coaching

In-depth coaching sessions for people who may be struggling with returning to work, a promotion or burning out. Together we build a game plan that supports you to show up and work at your best.

Executive or Group Coaching

Newly appointed leaders, a group of senior colleagues or Executives who are in a holding pattern looking for change. Please get in contact with me to discuss whether 1:1 or group coaching would work best for your organisation.

LEGO Serious Play Workshops

Facilitated workshops to help you collectively work through a niggling problem, a difficult concept or a company issue. Think things like leadership, communication, overall vision and managing change.

Wellbeing Sessions

A presentation of a useful coaching concept structured using group coaching. This will usually be around common issues or popular topics as agreed with you. These are interactive sessions for small groups.

Having worked in SMEs, start-ups, and as a business owner, Nicola knows the challenges of juggling priorities, long hours, and the occasional overwhelm.

As an ICF PCC Accredited Coach with over 1000 hours under her belt, she’s passionate about helping people create understanding, compassion and direction for themselves. She is a trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and materials in which she brings people together to overcome common problems in a productive and accessible way.
